✅ When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
You’ve taken your vitamins consistently for at least 90 days and haven’t experienced noticeable improvements in your PCOS symptoms.
You received a faulty or damaged product.
You were sent the wrong product.
🗓️ Refund and replacement requests must be submitted within 101 days of your first purchase date. This policy is limited to one-time use per customer and does not reset with each new order.
📸 Proof of Use Is Required for Refunds
To help us process your refund request and better support our customers, we ask for proof that you’ve used the vitamins consistently for at least 30 days. This helps ensure the product has a fair trial and prevents policy misuse.
Accepted forms of proof include:
A photo of your used supplement bottles (e.g., empty or mostly used),
Screenshots from a symptom tracking app or wellness journal,
Email updates to our team over the 90-day period.

A subscription renewal that processes before cancellation.

Temperature concerns once the parcel has been delivered.
Products returned in damaged or unresalable condition.

🔁 Subscription Orders & Cancellation Policy
If your subscription has already been charged and processed before you cancel, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
However, we may offer store credit once the unopened product is returned to us within 30 days of renewal (domestic orders only). Please contact us first before returning anything.
📦 How Returns Work
🏡 Domestic Orders (USA)
We’ll email you a prepaid return label if your request is approved.
A $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
🌍 International Orders
Return shipping must be covered by the customer. We cannot provide prepaid labels at this time.
📦 General Return Conditions
Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your return label.
Products must be in resalable condition.
Items damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging are not eligible for a refund.
