Every order after your first vitamin purchase with Nourished is eligible for a full refund for 101 days after the first purchase date.

We're so confident in the effectiveness of our products and excited to support you in the long term that every single order you make in your first 101 days is eligible for a full refund.

The reason we have such a generous policy is that we encourage all customers to take our supplements for at least 3 months to see results.

All we ask is that you commit to taking your vitamins for the full 101-day period.

Enjoy your vitamins and if you aren’t satisfied within 101 days simply email our friendly customer service team within 101 days from the first purchase date at [email protected]

IMPORTANTTo be eligible for a refund for a vitamin purchase, you must meet at least one of the criteria below. As well as this, our money-back guarantee only applies to every purchase.

All refund requests must be made within 101 days of your first vitamin purchase. Requests made outside of this time will not be approved. 

Note: All orders placed before 11 April 2024 will be subject to our previous 101-day refund policy.


A refund or replacement may be provided if:

✅ You have tried your vitamins and are unsatisfied with the results for your PCOS symptoms

✅ You receive a faulty product. Note: Change in taste or appearance does not always imply the product is faulty

✅ You receive a product that has been damaged during transit, approval will be at our discretion

✅ You receive a product that was not what you ordered


Conditions of approved refunds or replacements

If we have approved a refund or a replacement and you are required to return the original product, it must be received by us in a resalable condition. Returned products that are damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded if packaged inadequately.

Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received the original product back (if requested). Refunds will be processed via the same method used to purchase the products.

Approved returns must be clearly marked with the sender's name and order number. Return postage will be at the customer’s expense.


A refund or replacement will not be provided if:

🚫 There is a delay in delivery.

Please note delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. While we always pack and send orders within 1 business day, our delivery partners can experience unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors. 

🚫 You have changed your mind after completing a purchase.

Our warehouse is extremely efficient and get to work packing your order very soon after you complete your purchase. Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order we cannot retrieve the parcel from our warehouse. We encourage you to try out your vitamins. If you are unsatisfied after taking a full bottle refer to our generous 101-day money-back guarantee above.

🚫 Your subscription order has been renewed before you request a cancellation. 

Please note that you will receive a reminder email notification 5 days before your subscription order is processed. If you wish to change your subscription, click the 'Manage Subscription' link in the reminder email or contact our team to edit or cancel your order. Edits or cancellations that are made after an order has been processed may only be eligible for a store credit if the items are returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of renewal.

🚫 The vitamins do not suit your personal preferences (including any issues with flavor, look, consistency, or capsule size). 

🚫 Returned goods are damaged in transit. Please take care to package returning goods appropriately.

🚫 There is an error made with respect to the delivery information provided. 

🚫 An authority to leave without a signature resulting in a missing parcel.

🚫 A temperature-sensitive product arrives at a warmer than desired temperature, or is exposed to temperature after delivery.

🚫 You return your product to the wrong address

🚫 You have already received a refund as part of this policy
