Nourished Natural Health 101-Day Results Commitment

💚 Our 101-Day Results Commitment
At Nourished, we believe meaningful results take time — and consistency.
That’s why we offer a 101-Day Results Commitment on your first Nourished purchase. This commitment is designed to give you enough time to fairly assess whether our products are right for you when they’re used consistently and as directed.
This is not a short-term trial or a “use it for free” program. It’s a shared commitment:
We provide the products, guidance, and tools — and you give your body the consistency it needs to respond.
✅ Who Is Eligible
To be eligible under our 101-Day Results Commitment, all of the following must be true:
1️⃣ Purchase Window
Your first Nourished purchase must have been made within the last 101 days.
Requests submitted after day 101 are not eligible.
2️⃣ Consistency Requirement
You must have logged a minimum of 60 doses in the Nourished Customer Hub.
Dose tracking helps us fairly assess whether the product was given a genuine opportunity to work.
3️⃣ First-Order Coverage Only
Applies to first-time customers only.
Covers products included in your first order, including bundles.
4️⃣ Coverage Limits
Refunds are capped at a maximum of 60 days’ supply per product.
Additional quantities beyond the first 60 days’ supply per product are not covered.
Example:
If your first order included six bottles of one product, the Results Commitment covers the equivalent of two bottles (60 days’ supply). The remaining bottles are not eligible for a refund.
🌟 Subscriber-Only Extended Results Commitment (120 Days)
Subscribers receive additional flexibility as a reward for consistency.
If your first purchase is a subscription order:
Your Results Commitment window extends to 120 days from the date your first subscription shipment is sent.
All standard Results Commitment requirements still apply, including:
a minimum of 60 logged doses
coverage limited to 60 days’ supply per product
To qualify:
You must have received at least three consecutive subscription shipments before submitting a request.
Refund method for subscriptions
Store credit is issued by default.
Cash refunds may be considered where all eligibility requirements are clearly met and approved.
📊 Dose Tracking & Fair Evaluation
We’ve built our Customer Hub to make this process as fair and simple as possible.
Instead of requiring photos or written journals, we use dose tracking as an objective measure of consistency.
To qualify:
Doses must be logged in the Nourished Customer Hub
Logging must reasonably align with the timeframe of use
Incomplete or inconsistent tracking may result in denial
This approach ensures:
customers who genuinely commit are protected
outcomes are assessed fairly
the policy can’t be misused
💰 Refund Method
When approved:
Refunds apply to product cost only (up to the 60-day supply limit per product).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued as:
Store credit (default), or
Cash refund where eligibility requirements are fully met and approved.
❌ What the Results Commitment Does Not Cover
The Results Commitment does not apply to:
Change of mind after purchase
Subscription renewals processed before cancellation
Personal preference (taste, smell, texture, capsule size)
Financial hardship after purchase
Delivery delays beyond our control
Incorrect shipping details or Authority to Leave issues
Temperature exposure after delivery
Multiple claims from the same customer, address, or payment method
Adverse reactions
If something doesn’t feel right, please stop using the product and contact our support team immediately. These situations are handled with care, but are not covered under the Results Commitment.
🔁 Subscription Orders & Cancellations
Once a subscription order has been charged and shipped, it cannot be refunded.
Store credit may be offered if unopened products are returned within 30 days (domestic orders only).
Please contact us before returning any items.
📦 Returns & Shipping
Domestic Orders (USA):
Approved returns receive a prepaid return label
A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit
International Orders:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Prepaid labels are not available
Returns must be received within 30 days of label issuance and packaged securely.
🔒 Fair Use Policy
Our Results Commitment is a goodwill promise designed to support genuine use.
We reserve the right to refuse requests where:
The policy appears to be misused
dose tracking requirements are not met
repeated claims suggest abuse
