Every order after your first vitamin purchase with Nourished is eligible for a full refund for 101 days after the first purchase date.
We’re so confident in the power of our vitamins that we offer an unlimited 101-day money-back guarantee on all orders after your first purchase. We want you to feel fully supported on your wellness journey with us.
We kindly ask that you commit to taking your vitamins for at least 90 days (3 months) to give them the best chance to work. If after that time you feel they’re not the right fit for you, just let us know within 101 days from the date of your first purchase, and we’ll gladly help you out!

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to make things right. You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
✅You’ve given your vitamins a try but didn’t see the desired results for your PCOS symptoms.
✅You received a faulty product (Note: A change in taste or appearance doesn’t necessarily mean the product is faulty).
✅Your product was damaged during shipping (we’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis).
✅You received the wrong product (we sincerely apologize if this happens!).
All refund requests must be made within 101 days of your first vitamin purchase. Requests made outside of this time will not be approved.
Note: All orders placed before 11 April 2024 will be subject to our previous 101-day refund policy.
How We Handle Refunds and Replacements
Domestic Shipments: For any approved returns, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, and the cost of shipping amounting to $9.99 will simply be deducted from your refund or store credit.
International Shipments: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. The return shipping costs for international orders will need to be covered by the customer.
Return Timeline: We kindly ask that domestic returns reach us within 30 days of receiving your return label or arranging your return.
Condition of Returns: Please ensure the product is returned in a resalable condition. Returned products that are damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded if packaged inadequately.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, we’ll quickly process your refund or store credit, minus the return shipping fee for domestic orders. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Please include your name and order number with the return to help us process it efficiently.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if:

Please note delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. While we always pack and send orders within 1 business day, our delivery partners can experience unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors.
🚫 You have changed your mind after completing a purchase.
Our warehouse is extremely efficient and get to work packing your order very soon after you complete your purchase. Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order we cannot retrieve the parcel from our warehouse. We encourage you to try out your vitamins. If you are unsatisfied after taking a full bottle refer to our generous 101-day money-back guarantee above.
🚫 Your subscription order has been renewed before you request a cancellation.
Please note that we send a reminder email 5 days before your subscription renews. If you need to make changes or cancel your subscription, please do so before it is processed. If your subscription has already been renewed, we may offer store credit once the products are returned within 30 days of renewal.
🚫 The vitamins do not suit your personal preferences (including any issues with flavor, look, consistency, or capsule size).
🚫 Returned goods are damaged in transit. Please ensure your return is packed securely. We’re unable to offer refunds for products damaged during return shipping.
🚫 There is an error made with respect to the delivery information provided.
🚫 An authority to leave without a signature resulting in a missing parcel.
🚫 A temperature-sensitive product arrives at a warmer than desired temperature, or is exposed to temperature after delivery.
🚫 You return your product to the wrong address
