What is the PCOS Copilot?Updated 3 months ago

What is the PCOS Copilot?

Nourished's PCOS Copilot is a new product powered by Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (LLM) technology, which provides personalized recommendations for women with PCOS.

This product works in a similar way to ChatGPT. However, instead of taking information from the entire internet, Nourished Copilot is built using only a vetted collection of peer-reviewed scientific journals and the most up-to-date PCOS information.

Because the PCOS Copilot is built using only trusted resources, this makes its answers much more reliable. It also means you are much less likely to receive "Ghost" and fake answers like you may have heard about from programs like ChatGPT.

Why should I sign up?

Nourished's PCOS Copilot is the first product of its kind that can give you meaningful, personalized insights for just a fraction of the cost of a traditional healthcare provider. It can help you to:

  • Create a PCOS Friendly Meal Plan
  • Explore supplement options
  • Understand my PCOS type
  • Create a personalized workout routine
  • Find a PCOS-friendly snack
  • Create a recipe for my PCOS type
  • Plan a PCOS-friendly shopping list
  • Support PCOS at restaurants
  • Feel calm
  • Discover more PCOS resources
  • Track symptoms
  • Just talk about PCOS
  • Talk to someone about anything
  • Get pregnant with PCOS

How does the PCOS Copilot get its answers?

Nourished's PCOS Copilot uses the knowledge base we have provided (thousands of peer-reviewed journals and books) to produce its answers. It can harness new technology called Large Language Models to create human-like responses.

Unlike a human, Nourished's PCOS Copilot can collate information from thousands of resources in just a few seconds to give you the best answer to your questions.

Are the answers trustworthy?

Yes! The PCOS Copilot can synthesize information from thousands of resources to best answer your questions.

We have invested hundreds of human hours into vetting the resources that the PCOS Copilot takes its information. These are all peer-reviewed journals and the most up-to-date books on PCOS.

Where ChatGPT will look at everything on the internet, we have been able to restrict and audit the resources we use. This makes the information significantly more trustworthy.

For medical advice, particularly when it comes to taking medication and supplements, you should always get a second opinion from your doctor.

Do I have to pay?

The PCOS Copilot is free to sign up and your first 10 interactions with the Copilot are free. After you have used all of your responses you can trial our Unlimited plan for free for 7 days.

After your 7-day trial is complete, there is a small monthly fee to continue to use the software.
