I am on a vitamin subscription and need to change my information (eg. address; email). How do I do this?Updated 4 months ago
You can update your subscription settings by logging into your customer portal, which was shared in your confirmation email. If you can’t find your original email, you can reach out to our team who will be able to provide you with access.
Once logged in, click the "Edit" button located at the right of the Shipping information. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields. Once the address is updated, do not forget to click "Save"
Note: You can also update your payment method and contact info within that page.
