Yes absolutely! All of the practical tips and tricks we cover are gentle and safe. 99% of what we cover is diet tweaks, movement, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques. At two points during the challenge, I mention two different vitamins that are optional additions to enhance your results. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, I advise running these past your doctor or midwife before adding them into your routine. The rest of the Challenge is completely safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
